Part 2/8:
The workout begins with a gentle warm-up to prepare the body for movement. Participants are guided to take a wide stance with a slight bend in the knees, allowing for a natural shift in weight from one hip to the other. Rubbing the palms together and rolling the wrists invites energy into the body, while deep yawns and hip circles help loosen up tension in the neck and torso.
As the session progresses, participants are encouraged to lift one arm towards the sky while bending the knee on the same side, creating a beautiful stretch down the side body. This playful energy is further enhanced by moving like a puppet, emphasizing fluid movement and breath to deepen the experience.
