2. Marching and Breath of Fire
Next, transition into marching in place. To intensify the exercise, you can begin the Breath of Fire technique. In its more challenging form, raise your hands with your index finger and thumb meeting, palms facing forwards. If you're just starting out, lower your hands and simply march in place. As you build your capacity, incorporate higher knee movements to maximize energy output.
