3. Yoga Jumping Jacks
Yoga jumping jacks add a unique twist to a classic exercise. Unlike traditional jumping jacks, these require a segmented inhalation and exhalation. During your half jump, complete half of your inhalation; full jump completes the inhalation. As your legs return to the starting point, end with another portion of exhalation. If you feel the need for a break, try lying in Corpse Pose to relax and reassimilate your body's energies.
