Following this invigorating activity, participants shift to a new challenge: jumping to the left, right, and upwards in a fun cadence. While the physicality may seem demanding, the focus remains on enjoyment rather than perfection. It becomes clear that this practice is less about stringent routines and more about rekindling that playful spirit inherent in childhood.
Next, the facilitator invites participants to move onto their stomachs, bringing their arms behind them in a relaxed manner as they jump once again, but this time while lying down. The laughter and light-heartedness continue, embracing the idea that this practice is about movement, joy, and self-expression.
