After indulging in this blend of active movement and peaceful stillness, participants are gently guided back into awareness. There’s an emphasis on reconnecting with their bodies, wiggling toes and fingers to awaken the senses before sitting in an easy pose for a final grounding exercise. Together, they rub their hands, recite a collective “Om,” and conclude the session with deep breaths, signaling the end of the practice.
