Part 2/6:
We start off by rubbing our hands together and placing them at the sternum, inhaling deeply to set the tone for our practice. An initial om chant helps to ground our energies and focus our minds. Following this, we transition into a standing position to further engage our bodies.
In this stance, we adopt Buddhi Mudra, where the pinkie and thumb touch while the other fingers point forward. With our hands in this position, we begin rotating them in big circles, opening the chest and lungs. Each rotation is a metaphorical cleansing motion, removing residual stagnation and rejuvenating the upper body.
