After a few moments of relaxation, we widen our stance and reach upward before bending forward to tap the floor seven times while chanting a mantra. On the eighth tap, we rise to clap our hands, concluding this segment with a shout of joy.

As we settle back into a sitting position, we focus on our breath and the even distribution of weight on our bodies. We then proceed to practice the Breath of Fire, paired with alternating leg movements—an energizing exercise that prompts our bodies to wake up fully.
