Part 4/6:
Transitioning into scissors kicks while continuing the Breath of Fire, we feel an invigorating burst of energy throughout our bodies. After this, we sit comfortably in Easy Pose and extend our arms forward, crisscrossing them while maintaining the rhythm of our breath. This segment pushes our physical boundaries while promoting lung expansion and overall vitality.
Moving into Baby Pose, we incorporate another round of Breath of Fire. With hands interlaced behind us, we practice yogic mudra and challenge ourselves by raising our arms while continuing the breath technique.
