As the flow continues, Sheena leads participants through sequences of cobra and downward-facing dog, encouraging them to synchronize breath with movement, which is crucial for enhancing mind-body connection in yoga.
Building Strength and Balance
Once warmed up, the sequence progresses into standing poses that challenge balance and build strength – key components for weight loss. Sheena guides students through lunges and transitions into airplane poses that engage the core and upper body.
