The practice begins with a grounding ritual—rubbing hands together and bringing the palms to the sternum, which sets the intention for the session.
Engaging the Body
The first exercise involves stretching the legs out in front, transitioning into a rowing motion. The emphasis here is on maintaining a 90-degree angle at the spine while keeping the arms parallel to the ground. This specific position aims to effectively work on the kidney area, allowing for a focused and intentional practice.
