Pelvic Floor & Cat Cow Flow
After a series of rowing movements, participants are directed to lie back for pelvic floor lifts, facilitating stronger core and lower body engagement. The elbows are kept down, and breath control is emphasized again. The flow continues into a familiar Cat Cow sequence, allowing for flexibility and breath synchronization.
