Grounding through Goddess Squat: A Sacred Pause
After traversing through a series of warrior poses, the practice invites us to sink into a Goddess Squat. This moment allows us to ground ourselves, with feet turned outward and knees bending open, creating a powerful connection to the earth. It is a moment of reflection before launching into Standing Splits, where the challenge of balance is met with freedom of movement.
Closing the Cycle: Returning to Stillness
As the practice draws to an end, we graciously return to Downward Facing Dog, embodying tranquility before we enter child’s pose. This final rest position creates space to process and absorb the energies cultivated throughout the practice.
