To initiate our yoga session, we begin with the iconic Downward Facing Dog. Start on all fours, ensuring your wrists are directly beneath your shoulders and knees under your hips. Tuck your toes, press your hands into the floor, and straighten your legs, lifting your hips to the ceiling. Hold this pose for 30 seconds. This position stretches and strengthens your entire body, making it a cornerstone of most yoga practices. If it proves too challenging, you can always bend your knees slightly for comfort.
