The Fifth Asana: Navasana
Finally, we have Navasana, or the Boat Pose. Lie back with legs together and arms at your sides. As you inhale, lift your head and both legs simultaneously, extending your arms forward to align with your legs, forming the shape of a boat. As you exhale, gradually lower back down to the starting position, holding for several breaths. With practice, aim to grab your toes while maintaining this posture, repeating three times.
