The class begins with a centering exercise, inviting participants to find comfort in a simple sukhasana (easy pose). With hands placed in gyan mudra or tuna mudra at the knees, attendees are encouraged to close their eyes and direct their focus inward. Anvita guides participants through several deep breaths, promoting relaxation and mindfulness.

As the practice deepens, the concept of Sankalpa (intention) is introduced, where participants set the intention to perform each asana to the best of their ability. This moment establishes a supportive mindset for the upcoming physical challenges.
