Sequence Four: Cooling Down
After a demanding trio of practice sequences, Anvita leads participants into cooling down asanas, providing necessary recovery after an intense workout. Poses like Pavan Mukhtasana and Bhujangasana are incorporated, allowing the body to relax while still maintaining engagement in the breath.
