Dancer Pose: A Dance of Focus
With the introduction of dancer pose, practitioners are prompted to explore balance while grasping the foot, pressing gently against the hand to create a bow in the body. Focus becomes paramount here, with encouragement to breathe deeply and gracefully return if one loses balance.
