Engaging the Body

Once you're oriented, the flow of the yoga sequence begins. The initial set of movements focuses on activating the body through deep squats combined with arm movements.

Stand with your legs hip-distance apart and sink into a deep squat while extending your arms overhead. As you exhale, tuck your elbows behind and return to standing. This action is repeated several times, gradually increasing intensity and focus.
