We begin our practice with a half Sun Salutation. To prepare, it’s important to find a comfortable seated position on your chair, ensuring you have enough space for your body to move freely. Open your legs slightly wider, pressing your feet firmly into the ground, which creates a solid foundation. Grounding ourselves through our feet is essential for our overall balance and health.
As you settle in, take a moment to close your eyes, bringing your focus inward. Observe your breath and notice any thoughts wandering through your mind. Take a cleansing breath in through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth. After this, we transition to nose breathing, which will guide us throughout the practice.
