Next, we incorporate lateral movements by moving into side bends and gentle twists. This not only stretches our side body but also enhances mobility in our spine. We raise our arms, open our fingers wide, and then engage in the classic twist, gazing over our shoulders.

This part of the practice serves as a reminder that yoga is about finding balance—between strength and flexibility, stillness and movement. With every inhale, we stretch tall, and with every exhale, we deepen the twist, fostering a greater sense of release and relaxation.
