As we approach the culmination of our 10-day chair yoga journey, Day Nine focuses on the important practice of balancing both major and minor muscle groups in our bodies. In today’s session, we aim for greater awareness of the small muscles, allowing us to deepen our understanding and practice of yoga.
Starting with Mindfulness
We begin by sitting up tall, grounding ourselves and connecting with our feet. Removing shoes and socks enhances our awareness, allowing us to engage in a stimulating toe exercise.
