Engaging the Entire Body

After thoroughly warming up our toes, we transition to more comprehensive movements targeting the entire body. With deep breath rhythms guiding us, we stretch our arms overhead, aligning our palms upward and recalling the importance of our shoulder blades. Each inhalation feels like a lift while every exhalation invites the shoulder blades to release, allowing us to truly feel each muscle engage.
