Fostering Flexibility
The session continues with various side stretches and forward folds that ignite not only our flexibility but also offer a soothing release to our lower backs. As we embrace the postures, we allow our spines to articulate, flowing between seated cat and cow positions. This undulation becomes a gentle dance, synchronizing movement with breath.
