After an invigorating sequence, practitioners are led through a journey toward deeper relaxation with poses such as Navasana (Boat Pose) and Halasana (Plow Pose). These poses work not only to stabilize and stretch but also to foster an introspective connection with breath and body.
Eventually, participants are guided into Savasana (Corpse Pose), allowing for total surrender and integration of the practice. Here, the body is invited to fully relax, releasing any remaining tension while fostering healing energy in the digestive organs.
