Preparing the Body
To start, find a comfortable position on your knees. Interlock your fingers and place your elbows on the ground. Take a deep breath, grounding yourself as you prepare for your practice.
Deep Breathing
Rolling back your toes, exhale and gently lift your knees and hips away from the mat. It’s important to place your head down and breathe normally, allowing each inhale and exhale to bring you deeper into relaxation.
