Next, gently place both elbows at the back of your mat. As you inhale, open your heart to the sky. With a deliberate exhale, lower the crown of your head towards the mat. If reaching the floor is difficult, walk through your elbows until you find comfort in the stretch.
Lying Down and Stretching
Transitioning onto your side, ensure your neck is well supported. Take a breath as you lift your right leg and grab your right big toe with the right arm. This pose facilitates isolation of the stretch, integrating both flexibility and strength in your legs.
