The session began with a warm greeting: "Namaste," creating a welcoming and peaceful environment. Participants were instructed to settle comfortably on their mats, close their legs, and relax into their breathing. This focus on relaxation started with gentle music playing in the background, encouraging everyone to soften their facial and body muscles, and to ease into a state of mindfulness.
