An overarching theme of mindfulness persisted, with reminders to breathe deeply and consciously throughout each transition. At times, participants were led into child’s pose, a restful position that allowed them to reconnect and prepare for the concluding stretches.
Closing the Session
The guide gently led everyone into a relaxation phase, where all participants were invited to lie down, stretch out, and focus on their breathing. This culminated in a moment of collective stillness—eyes closed, bodies relaxed, allowing for reflection and integration of the practice.
