Before jumping into the twelve rounds of Surya Namaskar, Naveen introduces Tadasana (Mountain Pose) as a gentle warm-up. Participants lift their arms upwards, stretching their bodies while balancing on their toes. This pose is repeated several times, allowing practitioners to awaken their muscles and prepare them for more vigorous movement.
Surya Namaskar: The Challenge Begins
Once warmed up, Naveen leads the group into the classical variation of Surya Namaskar. Each of the twelve rounds begins slowly and gradually builds to a quicker pace. Participants are reminded that it’s okay to take breaks if they feel overwhelmed.
