Welcome to the third installment of the "Yoga for Weight Loss Challenge" led by Joyce Scola, featuring Tracy. This session is ideal for both beginners and intermediates, encouraging participants to find their practice at their own pace.
Setting the Stage
To kick off the practice, participants are invited to stand in a tall Mountain Pose. The feet can either be positioned about hip-width apart or together, depending on personal comfort. The essence of this pose is about grounding oneself, tucking the pelvis, and aligning the body appropriately. The practice starts with gentle head rotations to the left and right, fostering relaxation.
