Once each participant has settled into this relaxed state, they are instructed to gradually open their eyes and return to an upright position, preparing for the movements to come.
Warm-Up Sequence: Gentle Movements
The warm-up begins with simple arm movements: inhaling and raising both hands overhead while looking up, followed by exhaling and looking down. This is repeated several times to encourage breathing synchronization with movement.
Next, participants are guided through gentle neck stretches: rotating the neck slowly to loosen any tension present. The sequence proceeds with shoulder rotations and stretches, which warm up the upper body and enhance mobility.
