Enhancing Warmth: Surya Bhedi Pranayama
The subsequent pranayama practice is Surya Bhedi, which translates to "right nostril breathing." This technique aims to generate warmth and improve digestion and metabolism by alternating nostral breathing patterns. Participants are directed to inhale through the right nostril and exhale through the left, repeating this process for one minute.
