Shifting our focus, we begin to mobilize the spine with deep breaths and purposeful movements. Jen guides us through a series of stretches that articulate the spine correctly while promoting core activation. The transition to plank pose marks a deeper engagement of muscles, where we learn to hold the posture either on our knees or toes, depending on individual strength levels. Lowering to the mat transitions to downward-facing dog, allowing our bodies to experience a release while toning various muscle groups.
