Parivrtta Anjaneyasana (Revolved Side Angle Pose)
This asana starts in a kneeled position, with one knee bent at 90 degrees and the other leg extended, balancing on toes. Based on personal balance preference, tilt your body sideways while holding the pose for 30 seconds. It strengthens core muscles and stretches various body parts.
