A Journey Through Poses
Beginning the practice, participants are guided through foundational postures such as Mountain Pose, establishing a strong connection to the earth. From here, the session flows into a variety of standing postures that work the legs and core, followed by balancing poses that challenge stability and mental focus. Each transition is accompanied by breath—an essential tool for energizing both body and spirit.
