The instructor reminded everyone to stay comfortable and focused, ensuring that everyone was being mindful of their bodies' limits.
As the practice advanced, more dynamic movements were introduced. These involved asserting strength while maintaining fluidity; participants reached towards the sky, bending to each side and exploring their range of motion. With each guided pose, there was a balance between effort and ease, a cornerstone of yoga philosophy.
