Welcome back to Jen Hilman's five-week yoga weight loss challenge! In the second installment, Jen invites participants to embark on a more challenging routine that builds upon the first week’s foundation. Warm-Up Exercises
At the start, participants are encouraged to ground their feet, standing hip-width apart. With careful alignment, Jen guides everyone through tall stretches, alternating arm lifts to warm up the side body. This mindful preparation sets a positive tone for the workout ahead, helping to lengthen the spine and foster a sense of readiness.
