Twists and Rotations
After engaging the sides, participants proceeded to incorporate twisting motions. They were prompted to make head rotations and shoulder shrugs, loosening any tension in those areas. With both hands placed on their shoulders, they facilitated shoulder rotations to relieve tightness, further inviting relaxation into the session.
The sequence included twists to each side while keeping the back straight, enhancing spinal mobility and contributing to overall flexibility.
