Stretching continued as participants were encouraged to engage their legs further by alternating positions, rotating their lower body, and making room for a thorough stretch of the thighs and hips. While the legs took center stage, breathing remained at the forefront, encouraging mindful awareness of each inhalation and exhalation.
The transition towards deeper movements could be felt in the gradual opening and stretching of hip joints, enriching the body's alignment.
Incorporating Strength and Stability
Building on the foundation of flexibility, the guided session invited participants to introduce elements of strength. Movements that required balance were emphasized, including poses where participants had to lift legs while maintaining a straight back and engaged core.
