Part 2/6:

Starting the Routine: Triangle Pose (Trikonasana)

We begin our routine with the Triangle Pose, also known as Trikonasana.

  1. Stand with your feet about 2-3 feet apart, keeping them parallel.

  2. Inhale deeply and raise your arms to the sides.

  3. While exhaling, twist your torso to the left, reaching down towards your left foot, and gaze at the fingertips raised above. Hold this position for four seconds.

  4. Inhale as you return to the starting position and repeat on the right side.
