Before diving into the physical practice, Naveen encourages participants to reflect on their body and mind. Sitting comfortably in Vajrasana or Sukhasana, participants engage in a moment of mindfulness. With palms facing upward in a Namaste position and eyes closed, they take three deep inhales and exhales, repeating the affirmation, “My body and mind are strong.” This grounding exercise sets a positive tone for the invigorating session ahead.
