Part 4/8:

Strengthening the Upper Body

Building upon this flow, the class shifted to a pose designed to engage and strengthen the upper body. In this series of movements, participants were instructed to keep their elbows close to their bodies while lifting their chests upward, enhancing arm strength while also focusing on core engagement. Repeating this movement four times allowed for a calculated buildup of strength that participants could easily feel in their muscles.
