To commence the session, participants are encouraged to sit comfortably with an upright spine. Shoulders should roll back and relax while hands rest on the knees, forming a mudra by connecting the tips of the thumb and index finger. As the eyes close, practitioners are invited to focus on their breath, letting go of distracting thoughts and connecting deeply with their body's sensations.
Setting Intentions
Before diving into physical practice, students are reminded to set an intention for their yoga journey. By mindful breathing, participants allow themselves to transition into a state of readiness, mentally prepared to engage completely in their practice.
