Flowing Through the Sun Salutation

Transition into a series of sun salutation postures starting with Pranam Asana (Prayer Pose). From standing, inhale your arms overhead, arching your back into Hasta Uttanasana (Raised Arms Pose). Exhale, fold forward into Pada Hastasana (Hand to Foot Pose). Each movement should flow seamlessly into the next.
