To round off the physical practice, focus on breathwork. Lie down comfortably on your back, placing one hand on your abdomen and the other on your chest. Inhale deeply, allowing your belly to rise like a balloon, then expanding to the ribcage and upper chest, before exhaling slowly and deeply. This process enhances lung capacity and induces relaxation.

Practice rapid abdominal breathing, where inhalations are short and swift while exhalations are forceful. In the Sukhasana position, retain a tall spine and continue this rhythm until you find an encouraged breathlessness.
