The high lunge positions are fundamental in this practice. We alternate from the right side to the left, maintaining control while pushing ourselves deeper into the stretches. During the extended side angle poses, we seek to open up our chests and engage our side bodies, offering necessary stretches along the sides.

Each lunge and twist deepens our engagement, especially as we move through high plank back into Downward Dog, allowing our hearts to pump actively. This circular movement creates a rhythm that works to incinerate fat.
