Building Mobility and Flow
Replacing tension with mobility, participants are encouraged to extend one leg in front of the body outside their hands, performing spinal twists while switching legs and preparing for deeper stretches. Moving into Puppy Dog Pose and Upward Facing Dog, practitioners enjoy a gentle flow alternating through these poses and Downward Facing Dog while gently marching their heels to loosen the lower body.
