After a twist with Revolution Warrior and a challenge into Side Plank, the practice continues to emphasize the core as it transitions into Pyramidal and Triangular Poses, each designed to augment flexibility and endurance.
Transitioning and Core Strengthening
Participants then move back to the mat to work on crow pose, activating their core and preparing for inversions. The assessment of personal limits is important here, encouraging participants to engage with themselves while focusing on technique and safety.
Each flow is balanced with poses that provide strength and comfort, such as grounding in Malasana (Garland Pose) and repetitive forward folds.
