After completing the dynamic main circuit, a proper cool down is paramount. Focus on lengthening the muscles you’ve just worked. Engaging in stretches such as the Child’s Pose, Happy Baby, and Butterfly Pose help release any built-up tightness and improve flexibility.
During these stretches, pay attention to your breathing, allowing each exhale to deepen the stretch and relaxation. Squeeze and release your buttocks to ease any tightness, and complete with full-body stretches to appreciate the work done throughout the session.
