Engaging the Spine
The practice then introduces movements that stimulate the spine and engage the core. Participants are guided to hold their ankles and rock back and forth, synchronizing movements with their breath. Inhaling, they lift the heart, and exhaling, they round their backs, ensuring each movement is controlled and deliberate.
